	Friday, March 27, 2009 my future I would like to be an interior designer. Interior Design is a profession concerned with anything that is found inside a space. The Responsibilities: Interior designers have to develop a functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing space for a building's user. An interior designer has to have a pleasant personality with good integrity and strong sense of responsibilities, which I will try to develop. Have to be able to dictate Clients design brief, do proper space planning and design concept and be familiar with local furniture, materials supplier/ vendor's product. Interior designers have to select materials and prepare sample boards for their customers and also undertake construction drawings and details. The Requirements: Min 2 years of experience, good in space planning, design conceptualization, prepares detailed drawings. Possess at least a diploma in interior design, architectural studies or equivalent Well versed in ACAD and other Microsoft office software Good interpersonal skill, ability to work under challenging schedule Ability to draw perspective with 3D Max would be an added advantage. I am Shannon and is now 14 going 15 in the 12th of July.This is my first time posting in this blog. In this blog I will be posting happenings in my daily life and my likes and dislikes and most of all my thinking.I like drawing, chatting, singing, dancing, listening to music and adding a touch to something to make it more interesting. I enjoy playing volleyball, basketball, badminton and archery too. I love my family and friends. I love chocolates, dark or milk. I love colours, blue, black, white and purple. Although I love to read, I'm definitely not a book worm. I also don't like eating tofu, sour stuff and certain kind of nuts. Currently, I am studying in Chong Boon Secondary School. In the midst of Secondary 3. I think that my current class is different from my past class that I have spent 2 years with in Chong Boon. Here, it is quieter and has less chaos. My CCA is multi-media and cultural club. We will be taking part in Singapore Youth Festival this year. It you were to ask me why I join cultural club, there will be many reasons. It is really fun and interesting. In Chong Boon, not many chinese join it but I would encourage them to. It will be a very unique experience. I want to become a capable woman in the near future. I would want to have the ability to surport myself and my loved ones, and not depend on others. I wish all the best to everyone, to be able to achieve their goals in life. Actually, I have never really intend to be a competitor ever. However, due to the lack of participants, I was selected to be a runner. Almost all the pupils in Integrity 2 had an important role to play. No one was let off as an ordinary participant. I thought that it would turn out to be the worst day of my life. That day, was Friday the 13th. many believed that Friday the 13th was unfortunate days. Unfortunately, I was one of a believer to. I dread the arrival of that day, especially because I was unwell. Rather different from the pass years cross countries, this year took place in the afternoon and took place in Nanyang politechnic. At the beginning of the event, the uniform groups of our school displayed some self-defences, and some bandaging methods.After awhile, we proceeded to the track. The first batch of runners were the upper-secondary girls, us. Followed by the lower-secondary girls, lower-secondary boys and the upper-seconday boys. We did some warm-up excerises and were also told that the top 40 competitors will be given number tags. We first had to finish two rounds around the track, followed by one round, around the outside of the polytechnic and lastly three quater around the track. Due to my lack of stamina, after the two rounds around the track, i was already tired. I ran with Zhijun during those two rounds but during the one round outside the polytechnic, Vivian joined us. During the last 300m, i was extremely tired. Before knowing my position, I thought that i will definitely come in with a horrible postion and will not be given a tag, but supprisingly I came in 34th. Tiresome will be the first word that will come to my mind if anyone says the words 'Cross Country'.
