I would like to be an interior designer. Interior Design is a profession concerned with anything that is found inside a space.
The Responsibilities:
- Interior designers have to develop a functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing space for a building's user.
- An interior designer has to have a pleasant personality with good integrity and strong sense of responsibilities, which I will try to develop.
- Have to be able to dictate Clients design brief, do proper space planning and design concept and be familiar with local furniture, materials supplier/ vendor's product.
- Interior designers have to select materials and prepare sample boards for their customers and also undertake construction drawings and details.
The Requirements: - Min 2 years of experience, good in space planning, design conceptualization, prepares detailed drawings.
Possess at least a diploma in interior design, architectural studies or equivalent
- Well versed in ACAD and other Microsoft office software
- Good interpersonal skill, ability to work under challenging schedule
- Ability to draw perspective with 3D Max would be an added advantage.
